Once you are ready to order the products in your basket, click on the checkout button where you will be required to enter your details as a new customer or login to an already created account.
Once you are ready to proceed you will be asked to confirm your billing and delivery address before being directed to our secure server where your credit details are entered.

Once you are on the secure credit card form, you will see "Secure Payment Form" and the padlock will appear on your browser to indicate that the page is secure.
After you have successfully made payment you will receive an email detailing your order. Occasionally, emails do not get through or sometimes they may be blocked by your spam filters so please check your spam filter settings to allow email from Ethnic Elephant.
At this stage you have not been charged and your credit card has not been debited. Your credit card will only be debited once we have checked stock availability. Once stock has been allocated and the item is ready for despatch, your card will be debited.
We aim to deliver within the UK within 3 working days, not including weekends or bank holidays.
Please be aware we are a family business and not a warehouse distribution centre, therefore if there are any problems with your order please contact us in the first instance.
Our couriers can only deliver to the address that you gave when placing your order, therefore it is expected that someone will be available to receive the package.
When contacting us regarding your order please quote "Your Order Ref:" number. This will ensure that we can trace your order quickly.
